I saw this film 7 times I think, and it was an Italian film rejected by the press during 1967 Cannes festival.
Why? the critics didn't understand how rare and delicate was this film. Luigi Commenci has been able to film in great details gestures, expressions, voices...the lack of understanding ( Incompreso) of a father towards his son, after the death of his wife.
Incompreso is a precious film: it is extremely sad but so beautiful and so delicate.
